										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The telescopic slides of the SDDTS series offer a standard extension of 200%. The manufacturing of the guide elements from solid material provides this slide with high rigidity, making it suitable for demanding applications.</p>

<p>The stainless steel telescopic slides of the SDDTS series are characterized by high precision and excellent shock and vibration resistance. The movable I-beams make the telescopic slides robust against loads in the extended state. This makes them ideal for dynamic applications with high loads and torques while minimizing deflection.</p>
<p>Applications include military truck drawers, offshore storage, and splash water environments aboard ships. The use of stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance.</p>
<p>The telescopic slides of the SDDTS series are made without any plastic components and are therefore suitable for use at extreme temperatures. Due to the materials used, these slides have a low electromagnetic signature, making them ideal for defense applications.</p>
<p>Additional variants for special applications can be produced with alternative closed lengths, extensions, mounting systems, surface treatments, and bearings.</p>

The telescopic slides offer high load capacity and compact dimensions. The maximum load capacity is specified for fully extended slide pairs installed in the main axis direction, with the load evenly distributed over the inner slide.</p>

<p>The DDTS telescopic slides offer a standard 200% extension. By using high-strength I-beams, the guide maintains stiffness in demanding applications where the travel exceeds the closed length by twice as much.</p>

<p>The ball-bearing telescopic slide, made of 5 cold-drawn steel profiles, is characterized by high precision and excellent shock and vibration resistance when carrying a static load in the closed position. Therefore, the slide is well-suited for installation in vehicles and trains. The telescopic slide is designed in the proven I-beam format, offering low overall height with high load capacity.</p>
<p>Even in the extended state, this slide is highly durable and is therefore excellent for dynamic applications with high loads and torques with minimal deflection. Other variants can be produced with alternative closed lengths, extensions, fastening systems, surface treatments, and ball bearings.</p>
<p>The slides are made from cold-drawn steel C45E+C according to EN 10277. The standard ball cages are made of galvanized sheet metal, and the ball bearings are made of carbon steel C85 G100 according to DIN 5401.</p>

<p>The DDTS range of slides offer a super extension of 200% as standard. Utilising heavy duty  I  beams the slide can maintain rigidity in demanding applications where the travel exceeds the closed length by a factor of two.</p>

<strong>Operating temperature:</strong> -40 to +200 C</p>
<p>The DDTS-40 slide with a closed length of 400mm has a travel of 800mm (1200mm overall) has a loading of 160kg per pair. Constructed from 5 cold drawn steel sections this full action ball bearing slide has high precision and excellent level of resistance to shock and vibration when supporting a static load in the closed position. Accordingly, the slide is well suited to mounting on vehicles and trains. Constructed in the tried and tested I beam format, this telescopic slide offers a low overall slide height for its high load capacity.</p>
<p>This slide also has good resistance to applied loads when in the extended position making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications subject to high loads and torque with minimal deflection. Additional variations may be produced with alternative closed lengths, extensions, mounting systems, surface treatments, and ball bearings.</p>
<p>The slides are manufactured from cold drawn steel C45E+C in accordance with EN 10277. Standard ball cages are manufactured from zinc plated sheet metal, and the ball bearings are carbon steel C85 G100 in accordance with DIN 5401.</p>
