Full Extension Series DDTS-45

The DDTS telescopic slides offer a standard 200% extension. By using high-load I-beams, the guide maintains stiffness in demanding applications where the travel distance exceeds the closed length by twice as much.

The ball-bearing telescopic rail made of 5 cold-drawn steel profiles is characterized by high precision and excellent shock and vibration resistance when carrying a static load in the closed position. Therefore, the rail is well-suited for installation in vehicles and trains. The telescopic rail is designed in the proven I-beam format, offering high load capacity with a low overall height.

Even in the extended state, this rail is very robust and is therefore ideal for dynamic applications with high loads and torques with minimal deflection. Further variants can be manufactured with alternative closed lengths, extensions, mounting systems, surface treatments, and ball bearings.

The rails are made of cold-drawn steel C45E+C according to EN 10277. The standard ball cages are made of galvanized sheet metal, and the ball bearings are made of carbon steel C85 G100 according to DIN 5401.

Load Capacities:
The telescopic rails offer a high level of load capacity and compact dimensions. The maximum load capacity is specified for fully extended rail pairs installed along the main axis direction, with the load evenly distributed over the inner rail.

Since these telescopic rails are specially produced for you after the order is placed, they are excluded from returns. The rails are secured with high-quality wooden packaging during transport.
